A note for parents and guardians

Privacy, explained for families.

TumblePlay is a game site for children, including children under 13 in the United States. This page helps grown-ups understand what happens when a child visits.

Before your child plays

Browsing the game catalog does not require an account. Favorites are saved in the browser. Game pages also load games from other providers and can show advertising, so a visit can involve more than the information entered on this site.

What information is involved?

Information can stay on the device, reach our hosting service, or go to a game or advertising provider. These are different kinds of activity.

Browser settings
The favorites feature saves game identifiers in local storage on the device. A referral link can also save a referral code and an expiry value. These features do not need a child to enter a name or email address.
Page and game requests
Loading a page, image, or embedded game sends technical information to the server delivering it, such as an IP address, browser details, and the requested address. Hosting providers may keep request and security logs.
Messages from adults
If a parent emails us, we receive their email address and what they choose to include. The contact page prepares an email locally; it does not submit its text to our server. A message reaches us only after the adult sends it through their email service.
Email subscriptions
Where an email subscription is used, an email address can be saved with its submission date. If location lookup is configured, the IP address can be sent to IPinfo and the returned IP address and country saved too. Children should not submit their own contact details.

Games from other providers

Some games run inside an embedded frame supplied by another provider. The frame can load automatically after a game page opens, even before the Play button is pressed. Providers may receive technical identifiers and use cookies, storage, or their own advertising.

The provider can differ from game to game. Please send the game link if you have a concern so we can identify the service involved. A third-party frame does not remove our responsibility for how this site is offered to children.

Advertising and measurement

Game pages include Google AdSense advertising. The site also supports Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Microsoft Clarity when their settings are enabled. These services can receive page activity, browser and device information, IP addresses, or identifiers; we do not describe all such information as anonymous.

An advertising label or this notice does not establish parental consent or confirm that a provider is configured for children. Contact us about a particular ad, game, or privacy concern.

Your questions and choices as a parent

  • Ask what information about your child is held, request a review or deletion, or ask that further collection stop. Email us with the relevant page or game link and a brief description of your request.
  • Start with your own contact details. Do not include your child's full name, birth date, school, photo, passwords, or identity documents in the first message. Additional information may be needed to identify a record or verify authority before a request can be acted on.
  • Remove individual favorites with the favorite control, or clear this site's storage through the browser. Clearing storage can also erase preferences or game progress held on that device; it does not delete records held on other servers.

There is no self-service parental consent or data deletion dashboard on this site. A child continuing to play, an adult being nearby, or sending a support message is not verifiable parental consent. Any consent required for a collection activity must be addressed separately.

Storage, security, and updates

Browser data can remain until it is removed or replaced. Email messages, subscription records, hosting logs, and records held by game or advertising providers are separate. Contact us to ask which records relate to your request and how long they are retained. No online service can promise that all information is completely secure.

We will revise this page as the service changes and show the revision date here. Updating a notice does not itself authorize a new use of children's information.
